Description |
Pair of ebony pier tables ensuite with settee, ten side chairs, and two arm chairs. Rectangular gray marble slab top is likely the local King of Prussia or Valley Forge type, above a plain, conforming frieze. All four turned, tapered legs are carved in-the-round with acanthus leaf capitals, fluted tapered columns, and have turned bun-shaped ankles. The horizontal members are ebonized wood and not actual ebony. |
